  1. You used some very good resources, but I did not see where you referenced them in your research paper. Good control of the variables you used. I’m puzzled about how microplastics in your area of Arizona manage to contaminate the water supply. Water projects like your are important to study in part of Arizona. Keep up the good work.

  2. Your project was clear and concise. You did a good job identifying the pitfalls of your experiment through the results. One question I would ask is: why did the coffee filter + sand test underperformed the test that only used a coffee filter? If the sand depth was inadequate, shouldn’t the coffee filter still performed similarly to the test with only a coffee filter?
