Can you hear better through air, water, or a tin can telephone? We tested this by saying "Hello" at different distances in all three materials to find out where sound travels best. Our experiment proved that sound travels farthest through solids (like string) because the tiny particles, called molecules, are squeezed close together, making it easier for sound vibrations to jump from one molecule to the next!

Well researched and presented! Enjoyed your “real Life” applications and suggestions…very nicely done and most instructive.
