This project focuses on collecting water from different water fountains from a school and analyzing what is in the water by culturing the bacteria, Gram-Staining the bacteria, using Antimicrobial resistance, and then using PCR with the 16s rRNA gene to identify the bacterial species in order to determine its pathogenicity-as many students complain about the water, whether it may be the taste or the smell.
