Interesting project! I really liked your creativity with different ingredients, especially lemonade. You laid out your results very clearly and had a good balance of both quantitative and quantitative results. Nice job!

You chose a fun, real-life project, and did a great job testing a control ice cream plus three different replacements. I liked your clear steps, pictures, and your results table comparing texture, taste, and scoopability, etc. Your results were interesting as well; brown sugar seemed closest to the regular ice cream, and lemonade did not work well.
You kept the base ingredients the same and only changed the sweetener, which made your experiment fair. Good job!
