I have a pet turtle named Betty White. We have had her for 3 years and she lives in our backyard She is supposed to be hibernate in the winter, but sometimes Betty does not like to go into her hibernation box. I always worry that she will get cold at night when she refuses to sleep in her box. To fix that problem, my family and I are making a turtle wintery coat to keep her warm during the winter time .
You are so caring to recognize that your turtle might get cold. It was a wonderful idea to make a coat to help keep him dry and warm. It is impressive that you sewed two versions to make sure the coat was effective. Thanks for including all the pictures and your drawing. Good job!
