My project is about whether baking soda, baking powder, both, or none is best for baking, specifically muffins. I chose this project because I really like to bake, and it might help me later on in my life. I want to create my own recipes in the future, so knowing this information will help me create the best dessert I can. After testing all 6 different recipes, I came to a conclusion that baking soda and baking powder with lemon juice is best for the muffin recipe I was using. This project can be important to other people because they might want to know which is best for what they are wanting, and they could look at my results for all of the muffins and use that info to use what they want.
