My project is about the preheating of insulated food containers for the safety of consuming the food inside. I chose this project because I have taken a lunchbox with insulated food containers to school for my whole life and I wanted to know whether or not the food was safe. My results led me to believe that for up to three minutes, preheating food for longer amounts of time keeps the food out of the danger zone (5 - 57 degrees Celsius). This was important to know because there are thousands of people around the world taking lunch boxes to school or work, but they don't know if it's safe to eat.

  1. Clear description of methods and good use of statistics. Very well organized.
