The Effects of the Amount of Monosaccharides in Soil on Vigna radiata

Our project is about if the amount of monosaccharides put into the soil of a Vigna radiata would make the height increase. We chose this project because we wanted to understand more about how plant height works and if we could improve the height. The conclusion after two experiments was that the Vigna radiata height when adding monosaccharides will not be higher than without monosaccharides. This project was important because if we can learn how to help plants grow it can help with climate change, and deforestation as taller plants provide more shade compared to shorter plants.
