This project explores how different types of music affect human emotions. Participants listened to upbeat and calming music, then recorded how they felt using a mood survey. The goal was to see whether upbeat music would make people feel happier and more energetic, and whether slow, calming music would help them feel relaxed and peaceful. By studying how rhythm, tempo, and style influence mood, this project shows how music can be used to boost energy, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

You clearly demonstrated that music isn’t just for fun, it changes our physical state! Your conclusion that upbeat music increases energy was well-supported.
Clear thinking and great idea. Fast, upbeat music often increases energy and happiness. Slow, calm music can reduce stress and help people relax.
Music can influence mood and even motivate.

This is really cool! You did a great job quantifying human emotions! Using a mood score rubric was a very smart way to turn feelings into data that you could graph and analyze.
