I chose to test if a mixture of shampoo and other bathroom products would cause an ant colony to move away from an area. Ants use their sense of smell to follow trails and find food.
Your project is a creative way to solve a problem at your school. I like the way you tried a different method when the first method was unsuccessful.
It is wonderful that you saw a problem which needed a solution. Knowing about ant behavior prompted you to find a solution…confuse their sense of smell! I bet you made your classmates happy too, so they can pass that knowledge on to others.
