For my project, I did an experiment on how sleep affects reaction time. I tested three participants, one who got nine hours, seven hours, and five hours of sleep. I tested who would have the highest reaction time by using a website that measures it. My hypothesis was that the person that would get nine hours of sleep would have the highest reaction time because lots of sleep promotes fast reflexes and high response time to stimuli, and I was correct. This is because the person that got nine hours of sleep had an average reaction time of 313 milliseconds, the person with seven hours of sleep got an average of 348.8, but the person that got five hours of sleep had an average of 637.4.
