Mu project tests how fast candy dissolves in different liquids. I chose this project because I love candy! The result of the project was that basic liquids dissolved faster than the acidic liquids. I learned that sometimes things don't happen as expected.
What surprising results! I agree with you, I would have thought the more acidic liquids would dissolve things faster!
