Our school playground often gets flooded from runoff from our bus loop. We decided to create basins in our fruit grove in the center of the bus loop to help capture the water for our trees and prevent water from building up on the playground.
Your step‑by‑step plans for digging basins, shaping slopes, planting seeds, and adding mulch show careful engineering thinking and real work that changed your campus.
Great work! Your results clearly showed less flooding on the playground after rainfall. That’s something to be proud of!
