We think that there is a better way to cook food - electric ovens. We need the food to reach 100 C during cooking to be safe to eat. Ideally we want to cook a mini pizza. Typically electric ovens are big and clunky however ours is intended to be portable so we need it to be light and efficient. As this is only a prototype we aren't going to focus on its weight. We do want to demonstrate it has enough energy and power for cooking. It is a home made oven that can cook something.
