My project is about testing whether all the synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, etc. in non-organic fruit make a difference in the time they last. I chose this project because I wanted to know how different fruits behave depending on the chemicals applied to them. My overall conclusion was that non-organic fruit lasts longer than organic fruit. My project is important because it can show people whether their choices in the food they chose can really matter.
