My project is about designing a hanger that collapses downward when a button is pressed. I chose this project to help kids and people with disabilities place clothes on and take them off hangers more easily. The final design worked by lowering the arms downward when the button was pushed and was strong enough to hold clothing during testing. This project is important because it shows how engineering can be used to create assistive tools that make everyday tasks easier and help people be more independent.

good job
This is a super impressive engineering project your idea is creative, your prototype looks real and functional, and you clearly thought about safety, reliability, and improvements. Keep building and testing like an engineer, and next time add a few numbers (like weight held or success rate) so your great design is backed up by even stronger evidence!
Great job identifying a real everyday problem and creating a thoughtful engineering solution! Your collapsible hanger design is very creative, and it was impressive to see how you used computer modeling and 3D printing to build a working prototype.
