Mineral Rich Water, Is it Ideal?

When drinking water, several components can be within it. This supports how many chemicals and microplastics in water. My hypothesis is that I plan to figure out if mineral waters are harmful or affect others at all. I chose this project to examine the possible negative status effects that may inhibit water we drink everyday. I did conclude that mineral rich water affects mostly external factors.
