This project was about figuring out whether candy would dissolve faster in hot-temperature or cold-temperature water. I choose this project because I wanted to know if sugar and temperature play a factor in how fast it dissolves in hot and cold water. Due to my results, sugar does play a role in how fast candies dissolve in cold and hot-temperature water. This experiment is important because it turned curiosity into a question that later on needed to be researched, allowing me to collect real data and complete a trustworthy project that can be repeated by others.
