Making A Flying Drone At Home

Applied Technology
Maria Abdulrazzaq

Grade:
2
Teacher:
Amal Alfatesh

This project is about making a drone at home from scratch, then testing if it will fly. I assembled various materials for the working parts as well as batteries for power. This project is important to understand how the relation between the weight of an object and battery power affects its strength and ability.

  1. First of all, you have a beautiful hand writing. Thank you for experimenting this and very detail with your materials. The steps are clearly written and easy to follow.

I am rooting for you young scientist.

  2. Good work on building the drone from scratch.

Would you like to embark on making a flying drone if all resources are made available?

  3. Well done! I like that the hypothesis had two outcomes. Because it didn’t fly the first time doesn’t mean you can’t make it fly, like your conclusion said maybe the batteries or a lighter weight or stronger fans would lift the drone. This is what science is about, we keep trying/testing until we a get our expected results. You did great!

  4. Kudos! I love the well articulation of your project including the potential project beneficiaries.
