Our project is about Guangzhou, a zero-waste food city in 2126. Guangzhou was designed to address issues with the environment and healthy people, and show how food waste is connected to that. The city uses sustainable and zero-waste practices to reuse food and reduce waste. Because of this, Guangzhou improved its soil, lowered food waste, and made the Earth healthier. Lunch Time is important because it shows how circular agriculture and smart city planning can mitigate environmental problems and create healthy future cities. This project is excellent in connecting CO2 levels to food waste and proposing specific, innovative solutions like shell fiber conversion technology that turns manure into renewable natural gas.
