1. Helping people who suffer from stress & anxiety. 2. We know a lot of people who suffer from stress & anxiety. 3. Our bracelet can help people who suffer from stress & anxiety. 4. Our project help people with stress & anxiety manage so their stress does not escalate into bigger problems.

This is a thoughtful and creative project focused on mental wellness. I really appreciated how you began with brainstorming multiple ideas (page 2) and then researched pressure points before deciding to design a stress-relieving bracelet. Your materials testing process (page 3) shows careful thinking you tested different elastic types for comfort and even checked for skin imprints before choosing the best one. That demonstrates attention to safety and usability.
I was also impressed by your testing plan (page 5), where you created two prototypes, wore them on alternate days, and recorded stress levels using a 1-10 scale (page 6). The charts comparing days with and without the bracelet help show how you tracked your data. Including personal reflections (pages 7-8) adds meaningful insight into how the bracelet may have helped in real situations. You also did a great job identifying improvements for next time (page 10), which shows strong scientific thinking and reflection. Keep exploring ways to combine engineering and health you are developing creative problem-solving skills!
This is a very creative engineering project that explores ways to reduce stress using pressure points on the wrist. I liked how you experimented with different elastic materials and attachment methods before choosing the best prototype. Your stress charts comparing days with and without the bracelet show a thoughtful attempt to measure results. Great job designing a wearable device to help people relax!
This is a wonderful project that shows how engineering can be used to help others! I was truly impressed by your design process—specifically how you tested different types of elastic to find the best material that wouldn’t leave imprints on the skin, and how you problem-solved the best way to attach your ‘nubs’. That kind of practical testing is exactly what real engineers do. Your commitment to helping people manage stress is admirable, and your daily journaling was a great way to capture data. Excellent prototype work.
