1. What is your project about? Our project is about what is the difference between the different jump heights of Jordans and Crocs and what difference it would make if you added carbon fiber insoles. 1. Why did you choose this project? I chose this experiment so that I could jump higher in basketball for rebounds or lay ins or even shooting. I wanted to get better and I wanted to see which would make me jump higher so that I could be a better basketball player.

  1. The project demonstrated creativity by investigating whether shoe type influences jumping performance. The comparison between athletic shoes and casual footwear was practical and easy to relate to. Including multiple trials and clear measurements strengthened the validity of the results.
    Well, done and congratulations

  2. This is a fantastic experiment! You did a great job testing a real-world question that matters to you, which is jumping higher for basketball. I’m impressed by how clearly you stated your hypothesis, collected data on different surfaces, and even noticed unexpected things like how the insoles were hard to put in. That’s real scientific thinking! Your conclusion shows that your prediction was correct, and it’s awesome that you’re already thinking about how to apply what you learned to your game. Keep up the great work!

  3. This is creative thinking, I love the idea, especially when I look at it from a sports angle. Really good job. welldone.
