Purpose of my Experiment: To see if the multi layer shield wall protects the Spacecraft. The shield won’t completely stop the debris but it will break it into smaller pieces.
You built on existing research by exploring alternative material selections, an important step in advancing scientific knowledge. I appreciated how you justified your choice of wax paper and compared its performance with plastic wrap. Continuing to quantify the differences and testing under additional conditions would further strengthen your findings.
Nicely done project. How much space was between the layers of wax paper? I’m not sure if there was any space or if there were a few inches of space (the thickness of the books). Now, I’m wondering if more or less space between layers would make a difference – maybe something to think about.
