In this experiment, students dye different flavored drinks with a color not usually associated with the flavor in an attempt to investigate if the perceived color of a drink affects our ability to identify its flavor.

What a fun and insightful project! Your experiment on how color influences flavor perception perfectly illustrates the complex relationship between our eyes and our brains. I was especially impressed by your decision to test participants privately, this is a key part of good experimental design to ensure your data is accurate. Your reflection on the ‘natural vs. artificial’ flavor comparison for future studies shows a great scientific mind at work. Excellent job ‘tricking’ our senses to teach us something new about human biology!”
Interesting work on how color influences people’s perception of flavor! You did a great job presenting your results, conclusions, and future directions. Keep up the great work!
