  2. This was a fantastic and very relevant study! I was impressed by how you used the scientific method to address a health concern in your own school. Your background research on cell division and how agar provides food for bacterial growth was excellent, and you demonstrated a clear understanding of the ‘why’ behind your experiment. The most interesting part of your project was your analysis of the results—it is a great scientific observation to find that your initial hypothesis about the bathroom floor was wrong and to investigate why that might be. That kind of critical thinking is what science is all about. Keep using your curiosity to make your school a safer and cleaner place!
