The question we are trying to answer is which surface in a gas station bathroom has the most colonies of bacteria. Bacteria are microscopic organisms. We took several samples then put them in a dark and warm room. There they remained for a couple of days / 1 week. We think that the toilet flush button would be the one with the most colonies of bacteria. After doing a colony count we determine the soap dispenser had the most colonies of bacteria. We would strongly suggest avoiding public bathrooms, and please make sure to use hand sanitizer after you go.
I was very impressed that you used real agar plates and counted actual bacterial colonies. That is advanced scientific work.
