I chose to this project because I liked the word and wanted to see what it looked like. I tested three different types of milk chocolate to see which type made the best ganache. It is important to me because I like to bake with my aunt so I can teach her something new now.

Great job choosing a fun and practical food science topic. I like that you tested different types of chocolate to compare results. Keep experimenting and exploring!
Great job testing different types of chocolate and explaining your results clearly. I liked how you used observations, pictures, and a graph to compare the mixtures. Your project shows strong effort and curiosity. Keep exploring science through cooking experiments.
Very interesting and delicious project! I couldn’t help but feel a little hungry for ganache myself!!
What a sweet and creative project! 🍫 I love that your curiosity started with a word and turned into a hands-on experiment. That’s such a fun and authentic way to explore science through something you already enjoy.
Testing three different types of milk chocolate to see which made the best ganache was a great comparison. You took something from baking and turned it into an experiment by observing differences and deciding which worked best. That’s real food science in action!
It’s also wonderful that you connected this project to baking with your aunt. Sharing what you learned makes your experiment even more meaningful. Keep mixing curiosity with creativity. You have a fantastic scientific spirit!
Reading this project made my mouth water. You did a great job on research, doing the project and presenting it. Keep up the good work!
