This project is about mycelia inoculated mulch and how it will not only help the lettuce plants to grow but will help them stay healthy during a drought.

I was pleased that you gave detailed information about the discussions with your mentor prior to the experimental setup. It was also interesting that you chose 2 closely related lettuce plants ( green, and red oak) The photos were also very helpful to the judge. This is a very good choice for a sustainability project given climate change will affect plant growth. I encourage you to continue with this project next year!
1. Your methodology shows good planning using consistent pot sizes and measured amounts helped keep conditions fair across groups.
2. Great job collecting data over multiple weeks and presenting it with graphs and averages your results are easy to follow.
3. You chose a clear, testable research question and compared a control group to two treatments, which is strong scientific design.
