Many students struggle with handwriting, and teachers and parents are always looking for ways to improve it. In this project, I tested whether using a simple fidget tool could help improve handwriting quality. I compared handwriting samples with and without the fidget and observed differences in neatness, spacing, and overall control. During the experiment, I accidentally missed an important step in my process. Instead of giving up, I used my mistake as motivation to work harder, refocus, and complete the project carefully. This mistake became the biggest turning point in my learning. It taught me that errors can actually push us to improve rather than stop trying. By the end of the project, I not only learned more about how focus tools may impact handwriting, but I also learned that making a mistake can increase determination and lead to stronger results. This experiment shows that growth sometimes begins with getting something wrong.
