This project investigates basic, affordable methods for filtering water using common materials: chunk/powder charcoal, gravel, rocks, coarse sand, cotton and water bottles. The goal was to see if the chunk charcoal or powder charcoal worked the best.

Well done, it was very interesting to learn about how charcoal of different textures affects water filtration. I hope you enjoyed seeing the visual difference in the samples and thinking about the underlying causes!
