1. What is your project about? Our project is about how your heart rate changes while doing aerobic and strength based exercises. Our project is about how our heart reacts to doing aerobic and strength exercises. 1. Why did you choose this project? We chose this project because we wanted to learn more about heart rate, and what the result would be when doing different kinds of exercises. Also because we wanted to know if aerobic or strength based exercises would be overall closer to our target heart rate. 1. What was your result/ overall conclusion? The result of our project was that aerobic exercises get closer to our target heart rate. But strength based exercises result in soreness after exercising, while aerobic exercises have soreness during the exercise. Our overall result/overall was that aerobic exercise made our heart rate go up the highest. We wanted to see what each exercise would do to our heart rate. 1. Why is your project important? Our project is important because, if you want to get your heart pumping more do aerobic exercises, but if you want more muscles do strength based exercises. Our project is important because we wanted to be able to do strength and aerobic exercise so that we know our target heart rate so when in P.E or outside of school we can be safe and stay inside our target heart rate.

  1. Congratulations for coming up with this thought-provoking idea of measuring heart beat during aerobic and strength exercises. This research would help people the be aware of their maximum heart rate during exercises and ensure to stay within average rather than going beyond. Your research is superb! The world is awaiting more research of this kind from you. Keep it up!

  2. Great job exploring how different types of exercise affect heart rate. I liked how you compared aerobic and strength-based exercises and recorded heart rate data for each activity. Your graphs helped clearly show the differences between the exercises. This is a useful project that helps people better understand how exercise affects the heart.
