This project is about the effect of temperature on magnets. This topic really pulled me in. My result was heating magnets mad the magnets lose magnetism and cooling magnets had no noticeable effect. This project is important because this knowledge impacts high heat applications that are considering using magnets.

  1. This project investigated whether changing temperature affects the strength of magnets. The student tested this by freezing some magnets and heating others, then measuring their strength by counting how many paper clips they could hold. The study was clearly explained and easy to follow. The results showed that heating significantly weakened the magnets, while freezing did not noticeably increase their strength. The student used careful procedures and appropriate measurements. Overall, the project demonstrated creativity.
