Our project is about dissolving the color coating of M&M's in 2 different types of water. We chose this project because it was a fun and engaging project to learn about molecules. Our results showed that the coating on the M&M's dissolved faster in regular tap water compared to sugar water. Learning about molecules is important because they are the building blocks of all matter. Molecular structure helps doctors and the health field.
