1. What is your project about? My project was about researching which type of paint is the best at not seeping through each other. I chose five different types of paint and tested them to see which ones were the best. 1. Why did you choose this project? I chose this project because I wanted to find the best type of paint to illustrate a complex painting. I want to become an artist, and this was the first idea for the science fair that came to mind. Both are fun to trail and helpful for my own good. 1. What was your result/ overall conclusion? Overall, the tempera paint was the best at not bleeding through. It blended colors, but not to the point it bleeds. Also, it had a very quick drying time, not allowing the paint to bleed through each other. One helpful aspect that tempera paint had was that it was very thick, making the paint easy to mix together. 1. Why is your project important? (Remember to put keywords for search!) My project was important because it can help artists choose which paint to use to create a complex illustration. Also, it will improve painting by showing artists which paint is best and which one is good for non-detailed paintings or an elaborate painting. By me being a painter, this would help me understand how good a type of paint is best.
