Contagious Disease Model: Visual Impact of Pathogen Spread on Selected Populations

Python based model that mimics the spread of disease in a nation based on inputted factors like sanitation, healthcare, and vaccination. The code models infection and recovery over a grid of 1600 cells over 25 iterations to show how the individual parameters combine to create the resulting spread of disease. To find correlations between each factor of disease and the spread of disease, epidemiolocal datasets on disease factors and spread rates for different diseases were analyzed and calculated to find data correlations.
