Cocoa Conundrum

When I am drinking cocoa, I notice how my marshmallows disappear almost instantly! It is frustrating and fascinating how they change and melt so fast. Can they keep their shape better in different kinds of hot drinks? Or do they melt no matter what drink I put them in? In this experiment I will compare how marshmallows melt in three of my favorite drinks: cocoa, milk, and coffee. I also want to know if stirring makes a difference.
