Belle City is a reimagined version of Paris set 100 years in the future. It offers innovative solutions to reduce food waste and solve other urban challenges while helping people stay healthy, active, and safe. Our project focuses on food systems and nutrients in our future city. We chose this topic because it connects to our community, and with our farm-to-table food research. We found that food waste is a major problem, and high levels of CO2 make it. This project is important because millions of people around the world are going hungry, and this project can help reduce that problem so everyone has food in their stomachs. By understanding sustainable food production, packaging, waste and the environment, we can make cities and the world healthier. Key Words: Food, Nutrition, Food Waste, CO₂, Sustainability, Peri-Urban Farming, Orchard Mosaics, Circular Agriculture, Food Packaging, Food Production, Edible and Water-Soluble Packaging, Nutrients
