A Cooler Road Solution

My project is about finding and building a cooler solution for asphalt using mixins in an attempt to solve the problem of roadways being so susceptible to heat and warming up to much under the sun. I chose this project because I live in Arizona and it gets really hot in summer asphalt getting hot doesn't help with that it just makes cities hotter even raising the temperature of the cities in total. Through my trials I was able to using a mix-in make asphalt a few degrees cooler while maintaining its sturdiness. My project is important to not just Arizona but could help lower road temperatures all around the world providing a safer cooler world and lessening the negative human footprint on the planet.
