A Comparative Analysis of Flavor Longevity Across Commercial Chewing Gums

This project investigated which chewing gum flavors last the longest by having a participant chew different gums and timing how long the flavor remained noticeable. The results were compared to see which flavors faded quickly and which stayed strong over time. The project also investigated how the chemicals in flavorings may impact the duration of a gum’s taste.
