Can Humans Recognize AI Generated Images?

Applied Technology

This project tests whether people can tell the difference between real photos and images made by artificial intelligence (AI), with age as a factor. Participants under 18 and over 30 looked at a mix of real and AI-generated images and guessed which ones were created by AI. The results show that recognizing AI images can be difficult and that age and technology use may affect how well people can tell the difference.
