This project tests how using different pulley systems affects the amount of force needed to lift a weight. The same weight was lifted using no pulleys, one pulley, and two pulleys, and the force was measured each time. The results showed that using more pulleys reduced the force needed, helping explain how pulleys provide mechanical advantage.
