Different amounts of water was poured on slices of bread and was observed every 24 hours or less and checked for mold. It is to study how water effects the time it takes for mold to appear.

  1. I thought it was interesting that the significance of your project was based on a huge public health concern!! (You mentioned both food waste & the health concerns of mold in wallpaper). I had never considered these things! Great work!
