What is your project about? My project is about how to lower stress levels. A lot of people have stress so I tried to find ways to help them relieve it. I picked four different exercises to see if they could help lower my stress. The ones I used were Yoga, Deep breathing,Sitting in a comfortable position and Mantra. I've always wanted to help people and this was my way to finally do it. Why did you choose this project? I chose this project because a lot of people have stress including myself and I wanted to help people relieve or at least lower their stress levels. It doesn't feel good when you're all stressed out so I picked different ways that would help lower your stress. What was your result/overall conclusion? My result was that all the exercises worked and they all lowered my stress by at least 5 bpm. The average bpm before the experiment was 102 bpm and the average bpm for after the experiment was 86. All the exercises lowered my heart rate and helped me feel so much better. Why is your project important? My project is important because we all have stress and this project helps people find ways to help relive it. Stress is a relevant thing that so many people have. These four exercises are ways to help you feel better, be better and act better.
