In this experiment, I will be testing to see if different types of vegetables( Romaine-Lactuca Sativa L, var longifolia, Broccoli-Brassica oleracea var. Italica, Cauliflower- Brassica oleracea var. botrytis) contain different amounts of bacteria in the unwashed form straight from the field in the agriculture community of Yuma County Arizona.
