How effective is hand washing

I chose, "How effective is hand washing," because I thought it would be something fun and interesting. I was curious about what would happen and how I could prove this. My conclusion is that hand washing is much better than unwashed hands and even better than using sanitizer. It's important to know what germs can do, how they grow, and multiply.
