The effect of different proportions of various flour types on the density of bread samples

Different amounts of Oat flour were used as a substitute for All-purpose flour. The results were then recorded to analyze how this affects the density of a bread sample. In general it was seen that a greater amount of Oat Flour will result in a higher density.
