About 1 in 10 amputees are unable to obtain their prosthetics due to financial difficulties (The Prosthetic Foundation). My project is about designing an affordable 3D printed prosthesis for amputees. The project was originally intended to be myoelectric; however, the company that made the sensor discontinued it, so I had to make a regular prosthetic.
