My project uses gel electrophoresis to separate molecules to compare food coloring ingredients. I'm interested in human DNA.
It is really cool that you were able to make your own gel electrophoresis box at home and run an experiment with it! It was interesting to see how the different colors moved in the gel. I also like that you talked to a scientist for advice on your project, it is very important to talk to your friends and other scientists about your research if you want helpful and friendly advice!
Interesting project idea and very well thought out technique. This was a well done project. Good job!
