Does Fertilizer Really Help A Plant Grow?

Plants and the Environment
Juliet Pilger

Nicole Boyle

The project looked at whether fertilizer would help the mung bean plant grow better without fertilizer. I am interested in ways for increasing plant harvests. The results showed that fertilizer increased plant and leaf growth. This result is important for growing food plants faster to help feed hungry people in the world. Keywords: mung bean, fertilizer, growth

  1. Nice exhibit. What do you think the results would have been if you let the beans grow longer? Keep up being curiousl
