Culinary Protection from UV Devastation

An experiment which strives to make a natural UV block out of food. This experiment compares canned oysters, carrots, and flour with commercial sunscreen to find the best alternative for a UV block. The oyster works best. Since the commercial sunscreen uses zinc oxide to block the sun, the zinc in oysters were what made oyster the best substitute.
